Personal Training is one of the fastest and best ways for you to achieve your health and fitness goals. It will make you fitter, gain muscle, lose fat, address pain and injuries, increase energy levels, build confidence, improve your skills and coordination, realign your posture, stimulate your mind, and fight depression and apathy. Based on your short and long-term goals, we will devise an appropriate fitness, nutrition, recovery, lifestyle and mindset programme to suit your situation, schedule and budget.

Train - The Options available 

Private 1 on 1 Personal  Training

Sessions are typically 60 minutes in duration and are designed specifically to you, taking into account what you objectively need with what you subjectively enjoy. The sessions integrate a wide range of disciplines and methods to keep both body and mind challenged in a variety of ways. This includes options such as: Strength training, weightlifting, corrective exercise, mobility and stretching, cardiovascular exercise, boxing, wrestling, and self-defence, sports specific and skills performance, and any required beneficial physical therapies alongside. 

Couples / Small Group  Training

Build a team of up to 4 friends in total. Decide to train together with me at an agreed location for a fixed time, either for a week, a month or longer. Get the benefits of face to face Personal Training and share the costs with your team of friends to make it even more inspiring and fun. We will always train in a safe and appropriate way and I will never push you too far. Whatever your age or ability, together we will construct a potent personal training program that delivers for the whole team and the individuals in it. We will have fun and push the limits to achieve durable and quick results.

Online Personal Training 

If your location, work or lifestyle commitments do not allow you to choose face to face appointments, then online coaching is the solution for you. This service provides you with: weekly coaching calls to keep you on track, a personalized and comprehensive program based on our consultation and goals, regular positive personal online encouragement and accountability and the tracking of your progress.

Kinetic Chain Assessment 

Assess and test in detail the structure and function of the body and posture. This Assessment includes; a detailed in person questionnaire, detailed assessments, and an easy to understand report of the findings - and a corrective exercise and aftercare program. The kinetic chain is a principle of human movement within the body in which we make observations in order to optimize performance. It's used by fitness professionals, physical therapists, and other rehabilitation specialists in order to assess problems with movement and correct them. Corrective exercise uses a systematic process that involves identifying neuro-musculoskeletal dysfunction, developing a plan of action and integrating a corrective strategy. This process requires knowledge and application of an integrated assessment process in order to determine the appropriate program design and exercise techniques. This Assessment includes; a detailed in person questionnaire, detailed assessments, and an easy to understand report of the findings - and a corrective exercise and aftercare program.

Private Yoga Tuition

There are so many diverse ways of practicing Yoga and meditation and there exists a suitable style and system for absolutely everybody - one simply has to discover and embrace it. Together we will discern and then design the exact approach that works for you. Private yoga tuition offers you the ability to focus on personal interests, concerns or goals and equip you with a personalized self-practice that inspires you. Instead of following in a class setting, private lessons allow an individual to set specific goals and plans, such as personal goals for flexibility, strength or meditation. It can also boost your confidence and competence so that you feel comfortable attending public group classes in the future.
